Harmony
Monday, 17:40–19:00 · strength • flexibility • energy • balanceStrength that knows how to be soft. Flexibility that gives birth to freedom. Movement that brings you back to yourself.
This practice is for you if you want to feel your body strong, flexible and alive. Strength and softness meet here, stability and freedom, energy and calm. Through mindful movement we return to the body, find inner support and create our own state of balance and harmony.
Monday vinyasa. Focus: dynamic flows, held balances, core strength, building endurance and flexibility. Result: a toned body, a charge of clean energy, self-confidence and solid muscular support.

Wednesday, 17:40–19:00A relaxing and grounding yin yoga practice. An invitation to slow down, exhale and turn your attention inward.
At the start of class the body is gently prepared with calm, flowing movements, gradually tuning in to the breath and sensations. We then move into long yin yoga holds, letting the body slowly relax and release accumulated tension. In the practice we use props (blocks and bolsters), to create comfortable support and a sense of being held, so you can relax more deeply and stay in the poses safely.
This is a practice without rushing and without any need to achieve anything. Time to feel your body, calm your inner rhythm, restore contact with yourself and feel support, both inside and around you. Slow down. Feel. Let go. Return to yourself.
Book “The Path to Inner Silence” →Flow and Calm
Sunday, 10:00During the week we often live “in our heads”: deciding, rushing, switching between tasks, and not noticing what is happening inside. This practice is a chance to stop: to move attention from the outside world to yourself, feel the breath, notice sensations in the body, become aware of tension and let it go. To move not through effort, but through attention.
We begin with a gentle, sequential Vinyasa Krama practice, joining movement and breath. Gradually we deepen the work with the body and move into deep, careful stretching. Then we slow down: breath, meditation, savasana, silence, so you can feel again: this is my body. This is my breath. This is me.
This practice is not about how deeply you can stretch. It is about how deeply you can feel yourself.
Book “Flow and Calm” →Kids’ yoga and prenatal yoga are run by independent teachers; they have their own schedule. Follow the news on the studio’s Instagram.
